Neither does the Garrison Organization warrant that the information and/or content of this website will be free from defect, error or omission; or, that any defects, errors or omissions will be corrected or repaired. You agree that the Garrison Organization has no responsibility to correct, repair or replace such material, and, You also agree that the Garrison Organization does not have a responsibility to assume the cost or reimbursement of costs for doing so.

You agree that the Garrison Organization does not, in any way, endorse or warrant the products and services of third-parties, whether or not such products and/or services may be offered to You, or are obtained by You, through the Garrison Organization. Jurisdiction. You agree that the Terms of Use is made and performed in Polk County, Iowa, USA. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without reference to conflict of law principles. You agree that jurisdiction and venue for any matter arising out of or pertaining to these Terms of Use shall be proper only in the courts and jurisdiction of State and/or Federal Courts located within the County of Polk in the State of Iowa, USA.
